It sits at Bağarası, near Göltürkbükü on the Bodrum peninsula, in a calm coastal setting. Today TheLifeCo runs several centers, including others in Türkiye, Thailand, Egypt and the Caribbean, but Bodrum remains the original. The main center has 31 rooms, Standard rooms of about 20 square meters and Suites of about 40, each with a balcony and garden view. A separate beach building by the sea adds 14 boutique rooms, some with sea views, and its own private beach. Unlike many Aegean resorts, the center is open all year. It was named Türkiye's best wellness retreat at the 2025 World Spa Awards. ## The programs This is a program-led retreat. You choose a goal, and your meals, juices, treatments and activities follow from it. The main options are: - **Detox programs:** Master Cleanse (built around juice fasting), Green Detox and Green Salad Detox, usually 7 to 14 days - **Water Fasting** - **Healthy nutrition:** ketogenic, intermittent fasting and low-calorie plans - **Weight loss**, from seven days - **Mental wellness**, from 7 to 21 days - **Health-focused programs** for diabetes, hypertension and general fitness Programs start from around four days. Standard packages include your room, meals or juices, a doctor's consultation and the daily activity schedule. ## Facilities and daily life There's a fully equipped medical clinic with on-site doctors and 24-hour medical supervision, which is reassuring if you're fasting for the first time. Dietitian and psychologist consultations are part of the offering. For the rest of the day, there's a swimming pool, infrared sauna, steam room, Turkish hammam and gym, plus massage therapies, daily oxygen and light therapies, breathwork, cold plunges, yoga, meditation, sunrise walks and workshops. ## Who it suits (and who it doesn't) TheLifeCo is a good fit if you want a clear, supervised detox or fasting experience, or a kick-start for weight loss, with medical backup. The year-round opening makes it a useful winter option in Europe. It's not for anyone who wants a classic Bodrum beach holiday with long lunches and nightlife. If you're on a juice or water fast, the days are deliberately simple, and food is part of the program. ## Getting there Fly into Bodrum-Milas Airport. The center is about 45 minutes away by car, and airport transfers can be arranged on request. ## Frequently asked questions ### Is it open in winter? Yes.
